RWA Wealth Partners Names Family Office, Private Wealth Division Presidents

The US firm is headquartered in Newton, Massachusetts, with offices in areas including the San Francisco Bay Area and Chicago.

RWA Wealth Partners, an independent fiduciary firm with more than $17 billion in assets under management, has promoted two senior executives to newly-created leadership roles as part of its strategy to deepen services for high net worth and ultra-HNW clients.

Nicole LaChapelle has been named president of RWA Family Office, a role designed to expand the firm’s multigenerational and trust-related capabilities. LaChapelle, who joined RWA after nearly 20 years at Ropes & Gray LLP, developed Ropes Wealth Advisors. She will lead a 40-person team serving families with complex financial and estate planning needs.

Steve Reder has been appointed president of RWA Private Wealth. With two decades of experience, Reder has held senior positions at Goldman Sachs Personal Financial Management, United Capital, Lenox Wealth Management, and PNC. He will oversee a 75-person team serving the firm’s private wealth clients.

Both LaChapelle and Reder will report to CEO Michelle Knight, according to a statement from the firm.

RWA Wealth Partners offers a full suite of advisory services, including investment management, tax and estate planning, retirement advice, and family office solutions. The firm operates a boutique model, serving clients across the US.
